Day 3...much Better!

I learned that workouts are the key to whether it's a good food day or a bad one.  If I can get a good workout it...I'm much more inclined to eat well and not ruin it.  If my workout gets cancelled...I kinda figure the day is a wash and eat whatever.  So I guess I need to figure out how to get a workout it no matter what!

9/27:
9:25 - Hydroxycut
10:10 - Lean Pocket Breakfast Sandwich (280)
12:20 - Hydroxycut
12:50 - Healthy Choice Chicken Bacon Cheddar meal (240)
1:30 - ZumbAtomic Demo at Overlook Elementary (80 min -300)
5:30 - Zumba (60min -500)
7:45 - Cheddar Turkey Sausage (2, 240)
          Salad (cheese, bb, croutons, sunflower seeds & Ranch 450)
          Crystal Light Pink Lemonade (2c 40)

TOTAL 450 (after workout calories are deducted)
H2O - 8 (yes!)

There was no late night snacking...I'm very proud of that.  Evening snacking is a huge achilles heel for me.  Especially since there are cupcakes in the house.  I stayed strong and won...and the scale rewarded me with a 2 pound loss!  Sweet!  And so far, I'm not missing my soda at all.  But we'll see what happens with the weekend...that's usually when I falter.
