Someone Please take the food out of my hand! Arg. I'm having a bad body image day. Whoa do I feel, um, large. When will the madness end?? It's like I have hella good willpower and motivation for a week, then I fall off the wagon. And well, I just enjoy food...lol. If I could enjoy in moderation and not make a glutton of myself, it could be manageable. But I just eat and eat. The weigh in will not be pleasant tomorrow. HELP!!
