Week 1: Soda Detox Day:1

Wow...shitty diet weekend.  The scale says I gained 7 pounds in 3 days.  I'm in denial.  So first things first.  This week, I have to nix the soda.  It's by far the worst thing I'm doing right now.  High caloric value and sugar content make it a no brainer to eliminate.  I have weekly changes ready, and this is the first. 

No shows for my class this morning, so now I must figure a way to get my workout in...perhaps leave a smidge early and drop in at Sarah's class at 5:15?  I can't count on myself to do it alone, as that always falls through.  I feel more stressed today than I have in quite a long time.  shit.

I miss my Pepsi already.
