Yay! A good loss!

So according to the scale, my new friend, I lost 5 pounds since last Weds. weigh in.  So Happy!!  That puts me back down to where I feel like I should technically be starting...lol.  It's not back to my lowest, but if I stay on track, I'll be back down there in no time, and well on my way to goal number 1 of 197, which is the weight I was when we got married.  That's a loss of 24 since my highest weight.  I can see it, so now I need to focus and stay the course.

7:10 - Turkey Cheddar Sausage 2 (240)
8:05 - Fruity Cheerios & skim Milk (300)  (I ate this cause I was hungry and realized I was low on calories)
