updated week 2!

I heard back from quite a few people, so I'll update results before tomorrow's weigh in.  Sadly...I am no longer on top of the leader board.  But congrats to wtf who takes over!!!

My weeks have been pretty crazy...so I apologize for the lack of posts.  You all are doing a great job!  I've found that if Kelly isn't home...I'll eat whatever I can find.  If you are like that with your evenings, here's a link to some Freezer Friendly dinners you can make ahead and reheat for a crazy or lazy night.

I'm all about resistance bands.  They're cheap, portable and the workouts can be done in a flash and pretty much anywhere.  Here's a band workout I found that's quick and an all over toner.  It has the potential to be a favorite!

I've been a total slacker this week.  My schedule has not allowed for any of my normal classes.  Hailey was sick Monday, so I had to skip Zumba.  Kelly's Mgr. party was Tuesday so I missed spin.  I DID however only drink water at the party...big ups to me!!  Wednesday was tap, but it was low key and I can't even consider it a workout.  Tonight I have Hailey's choir concert so my Zumba classes are cancelled.  I have a voracious appetite, and only seem to want deliciously unhealthy things.  My tooth is real achey as well...I think it's my sweet tooth, and I broke it...lol.

Needless to say, I am not looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow.  I believe the scale will punish me for my wicked ways this week.  Just means I'll have to bust my ass to lose it all and then some next week!
