So I have been more than a little crazy busy and pre-occupied. So my posts have not been as frequent as I would like. Hopefully I'll be able to change that and get things going again. However! I do have the results from this week. There a few that I haven't gotten a weigh in from yet, but I'll update this post as they remember to email me...lol. As i said...I'll update this post as you all have your 'oh shit i didn't email' moment...lol.
This week will be just as crazy with Christmas party's (IHOP mgr party at Dave & Busters on Tuesday will be a trip!) School concerts, and the ever present trips to and from the studio. I did not log well this week at all. I'll try to remedy that this week, as it really does keep me accountable. My big goal for this week is to get all my water in. The party Tuesday will be a challenge, but since it's with so many people I don't know, and I'm the DD, it shouldn't be hard to stick to only water. NO SODA!! That's my focus for the party....no soda. Hopefully if I tell Kelly ahead of time, he'll help me stay on track. I'll post again later with some good workout links that I came across in my always handy magazines.

I've pretty much given up soda, and it has been VERY difficult, however, MIO, those water flavor liquids, have helped tremendously. They're expensive, but last for about a week. The cheapest place I've found them is at Target.
