Rollin'!


Starting out as a lovely day!  and I do love lovely days!  I teach today, my last 10:45 am class.  Next week moves to 9:30 and 10:30.  My darling Alyson took the pie away from me last night before I could do too much damage (thanks B!)  So yesterday was a decent day.  Ate more calories than I wanted, but still stayed under 1700, which is my red light zone.  I want to stay under 1500, and when I subtract exercise calories, I'm right there!  And it's a picture day...not too shabby!  Down another pound!  I feel more focused and motivated than I have in a long time.  But this is the weight where I usually get stuck, then go right back up.  So this is an important week to stay positive and on track!

Back...and I mean Business!

So Much happening and going on!  And it's good stuff too!  I think Kel and I finally back on track...and you have no idea how much that relieves my psyche!  It's still a work in progress, but I'm no longer worried that my marriage may be over.  So that's a major positive!  The weight loss..well that's up next...lol...As always.  Zumba is great...my times are changing and ZumbAtomic is about to make it's debut at MCDA!  AND I'm getting my Zumba Toning cert. in Sept...Sweet!  Hopefully my gym, or even Medina Tone will add a toning class.  Still planning the vacations...a beachy honeymoon getaway for Kel and I, and a family fun vacay for all 4 of us.  I have a plan to get my finances organized and get things paid off...which will take a huge load off. (yes Mom, you are on the payoff plan!!)  My fantastic Mother has agreed to cart the girls to dance so I don't have to leave work early, and Hopefully Miss Kelly will put her to work sewing some costume stuff for Trinity and the recital so she can stay busy and not be so painfully bored in her retirement!! (kisses mom!) 

Seriously?!?   Things are great!

End of my rope!! grrrrrr

So it seems that everyone around me is losing weight.  My co-workers, my friends, my family, even my ex.  So why can't I seem to get a handle on it?  It's very frustrating.  So I'm making my kids exercise with me at home.  I'm taking Hydroxycut again (I know, I hear you all moaning)  I'm considering Curves.  I'm kicking my willpower's ass.  I may start posting my daily eating here.  Pics of the ugly truth to remind me of my reasons.  I have to do this.  I'm unhappy in this aspect of my life, and that annoys me. 

Look out.  I'm pissed.  ...it's only at myself, but I'm pissed all the same.
