Day 4 - late night strikes back

My class was cancelled yesterday...and all my morning classes were then cancelled by the gym.  So that put a sour note on my day.  However, I knew I had tap class so I didn't let it sabotage my eating for the day.  ...Until 9:00 rolled around and I was hungry and added my calories and realized a bowl of cereal wouldn't hurt.  Well the combo of cereal and 9pm did hurt...I ended up gaining 2 pounds.  You can't tell...but I am absolutely seething about it.  So back to no late snacking...I'm getting frustrated and that's usually when I cave.  Kelly is coming to have lunch with me today, so I'll have to be careful with what I do.  However...it's my big cardio night, and I'll burn roughly 900 calories in these 3 hours.  So I can afford to splurge a bit.

9/28:
9:21 - Hydroxycut
9:55 - Lean Pocket B'fast sandwich (280)
1:17 - Hydroxycut
1:50 - Healthy Choice Chicken Bacon Ceddar meal (240)
3:45 - Sugar Free Jello Cup (10)
5:45 - Campbell's homestyle Chicken Noodle soup (170)
          4 Saltine Crackers (70)
6:15 - 2 Grands Biscuits (leftover from the girls' dinner yesterday 360) ouch
7:30 - Tap Class 45m (-200)
9:10 - Mini Wheats & skim milk (300) ouch again

H2O - 6
TOTAL: 1230 cals
